【活動公告】在東華看見永續系列-1 短文短語徵選活動辦法 SDGs in NDHU

  • 緣起

永續發展目標(SDGs, Sustainable Development Goals)由聯合國所制訂,共 17 項,也是所有國家都需要面對的重要課題。永續發展中心(以下稱本中心)為喚起本校教職員生對環境永續之關注、邀請所有東華人觀察各項SDGs的實踐,營造校園永續氛圍,特舉辦本系列活動。

  • 內容
    • 參賽資格:本校教職員生、校友、 眷屬、及關心東華人士。
    • 徵件主題:依據聯合國 17 項永續發展目標(SDGs),參考「東華生態地圖」,選擇一地點,撰寫與一或多項 SDGs 呼應之500(含)字內短文及20(含)字內短語,並拍攝照片。 
    • 徵件格式:短文短語,以WORD、標楷體(中文),Times New Roman(英數)12號字繳交(格式如附件1)。
    • 投件方式:於主旨註明【在東華看見永續-1 短文短語】,寄至 sd@gms.ndhu.edu.tw。
    • 每人不限投稿篇數,惟應本諸誠正信實;給獎以每人一獎項為原則。
    • 如資料不全者或格式不符規定,則視同未完成,不受理補件
  • 評分標準:評分總分為 100 分,評核項目及配分如下:
    • SDGs呼應性:50%
    • 架構完整性:25%
    • 內容創意性:25%

特優至多 1 名禮券 5,000 元 或等值獎品獎狀乙紙
優等至多 2 名禮券 3,000 元或等值獎品獎狀乙紙。
佳作至多 7 名禮券 1,000 元獎狀乙紙
入選由評審委員會決定獎狀乙紙
  • 徵件時間:即日起至 2024 年 11 月 18 日 23:59 前,逾期不受理。
  • 徵件結果:得獎名單將公布於本中心網頁,同時以得獎人報名時提供之聯絡方式通知得獎相關事宜。若得獎人因留存資料不完整或錯誤致無法通知得獎、資格不符或未於接獲得獎通知後一個月內完成資格確認並領取,視同放棄得獎資格,其獎項不予頒發。
  • 著作權說明
    • 參賽者於競賽過程中產出作品之一切智慧財產權,包括(但不限於)著作權等皆歸屬於創作人所有,各創作人間之權利分配皆依照中華民國法律處理;惟本活動之主辦、主辦單位對於參賽作品具有為推廣活動及公益目的之公開展示與宣傳權利。
    • 參賽作品需符合著作權法,如有侵權或違法,相關責任概由作者自行負責。獲獎者事後若經人檢舉並查證屬實有違反評審作業程序的規定或有抄襲、仿冒事實者,主辦單位除取消其資格外,並追回已頒發的獎項。
    • 參賽獲獎作品,另需簽署「著作財產權讓與同意書」,以利系列活動後續。
    • 主辦單位得視需要,調整報名、收件截止期限。若有未盡事宜,主辦單位得依實際需要修正之。

SDGs in NDHU

  1. Background

The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) (Sustainable Development Goals) (SDGs) are set by the United Nations and have a total of 17 issues, which are important issues that all countries need to face. In order to arouse the attention of our staff and students to environmental sustainability, the Center for Sustainable Development (hereinafter referred to as the Center) invites all to observe the practice of various SDGs , create a sustainable atmosphere on campus.

  1. Contents
  2. Eligibility: Faculty, students, alumni, family members, and people who care about NDHU.
  3. Theme: According to the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations, refer to the “NDHU Ecological Map“, select a location, take 3 photos and write an essay (within 500 words) and a short phrase (within 20 words), to reflect one or more SDGs (Appendix. 1).
  4. Format: Times New Roman, size 12
  5. Submission: email to sd@gms.ndhu.edu.tw with ‘SDGs in NDHU’ in the subject line
  6. There is no limit to the number of submissions per person, but honesty and credibility should be taken. The award is based on the principle of one award per person.
  7. Should the information be incomplete or the format does not conform to the regulations, the submission will be deemed invalid and no replacement documents will be accepted.

  9. SDGs relevance:     50%.
  10. Structural integrity:         25%.
  11. Content creativity:  25%.

  • Dedaline: 23:59, November 18, 2024, no overdue submission will be accepted.
  • Results: The list of winners will be announced on the website of the Center, and the winners will be notified of the relevant matters through the contact information provided at the time of registration. If the winner is unable to be reached due to incomplete or erroneous information, or to claim the prize within 30 days after receiving the notification of the award, the winner will be deemed as giving up the qualification and the prize will not be awarded.
  • Copyright Statement
    • All intellectual property rights, including (but not limited to) copyrights, of the works produced by the participants in the course of the competition shall belong to the creators, and the distribution of rights among the creators shall be handled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China; However, the organizer and organizer of this event have the right to publicly display and publicize the entries for promotional activities and public welfare purposes.
    • Entries must comply with copyright law, and if there is any infringement or violation, the author shall be responsible for the relevant responsibility. If the winner is reported and verified to be true, violates the provisions of the evaluation procedures or has plagiarism or counterfeiting, the organizer will not only cancel his qualification, but also recover the award that has been awarded.
    • Award-winning entries must additionally sign the ‘Copyright Transfer Agreement’ to facilitate follow-up activities.
    • The organizer may adjust the deadline for registration and receipt as necessary. If there are any matters not covered herein, the organizer may correct them according to actual needs.
