花蓮擁有全國最長的海岸線和最大的有機農業面積，以及 80% 的森林覆蓋率，這些自然資源將成為實現淨零目標的關鍵，自 2021 年以來奠定花蓮縣淨零基礎，並以聯合國 17 項SDGs永續發展指標為重要施政方向，持續強化單位碳盤查能力，落實淨零排放工作，更以多面向啟動相關輔導，整合政府、民間及技術研發單位資源，與產業攜手建構幸福永續大花蓮。

花蓮縣政府、花蓮縣環保局配合中央政策，盡可能以公平和包容的方式推動綠色轉型，同時與國立東華大學永續發展中心共同辦理溫室氣體盤查及碳足跡主導查證員訓練課程，廣邀可能受到淨零轉型衝擊的產業人員前來受訓，培育在地碳盤查、碳足跡及碳中和綠領人才，亦邀請產官學界專家學者共同探討花蓮淨零公正轉型的方向，並與各行各業民眾，針對淨零目標可能面臨的困境，或對公正轉型的作為，發表意見或想法。

Hualien boasts the longest coastline and the largest area of organic agriculture in the country, along with an 80% forest coverage rate. These natural resources will be key to achieving the net-zero goal. Since 2021, Hualien County has laid the foundation for net-zero emissions, aligning with the United Nations’ 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as a crucial policy direction. The county continues to enhance its carbon accounting capabilities, implement net-zero emission efforts, and launch multifaceted support programs. By integrating resources from the government, private sector, and research and development institutions, Hualien is collaborating with industries to build a sustainable and prosperous Hualien.

In line with central government policies, the Hualien County Government and the Hualien Environmental Protection Bureau are promoting green transformation in an equitable and inclusive manner. They have partnered with the Center for Sustainable Development at National Dong Hwa University to organize training courses on greenhouse gas inventories and carbon footprint verification for lead verifiers. These courses invite industry personnel who may be impacted by the net-zero transformation to participate, nurturing local green-collar talents in carbon accounting, carbon footprint analysis, and carbon neutrality. Experts from the government, academia, and industry are also invited to explore the direction of Hualien’s fair transition to net-zero emissions. The public, industries, and stakeholders are encouraged to share their opinions or ideas regarding the challenges of achieving net-zero goals and the actions for a fair transition.

面對氣候及環境變遷、社會包容性降低和經濟發展衰退，如何加強運用自己的知識、發揮想像力轉化為創新的永續設計，並激發出解決方案，將是人類社會永續發展的關鍵。美國麻省理工學院於 1995 年提出永續生活實驗室(Living Lab)的構想，其概念是在多元且持續演進的真實情境下，透過感知、開創、雛型建構、驗證和改善等各類複雜的程序，將創意帶至使用者日常生活環境並將生活場域視為「實驗室」，進行驗證。

中鼎教育基金會自 2019 開始特別辦理永續生活實驗室獎，期盼探討與解決校園、在地、社會、國家或是全球面臨的永續難題。為此，中鼎教育基金會與台灣永續能源研究基金會特辦理「2025 第五屆永續生活實驗室獎」，透過交流，鼓勵師生將相關知能投入永續發展方案之設計、推廣與實驗中。並增設立「永續淨零獎」和「循環經濟獎」，分別頒予參賽專案主題相符性最高之組隊伍，為配合全球減碳目標，鼓勵參賽隊伍為我國邁向 2050 淨零排放出謀獻策。

一、參賽資格
（一）對象：國內大專院校具學籍之大學部和／或碩博班研究生組隊報名參賽，可跨校系混合組隊參加，更鼓勵跨領域不同科系學生組隊參與。
（二）人數：採組隊報名，一組由４人組成且每人僅能報名一組。
（三）指導教師：每一隊至少須有一位指導教師指導，且每位教師至多指導２隊。

二、活動期程
第一階段：初賽資料審查（即日起 至 2025 年 2 月 3 日）
A. 即日起至 2024 年 12 月 30 日（一）下午五點前：完成線上報名，逾期恕不受理。並繳交簡章相關附件-附件 1 至 6，含專案構想書（6 頁），評審據此進行書面評選。
B. 2025 年 2 月 3 日（一）：公佈初賽入圍名單，入圍隊伍學生全員須參加增能工作坊。
第二階段：專案實作（2025 年 2 月 3 日 至 4 月 19 日）
A. 2025 年 3 月 1 日（六）：增能工作坊，地點：中鼎集團第二總部。
B. 2025 年 3 月 17 日（一）14：00 前：線上繳交專案期中進度表。
C. 2025 年 4 月 19 日（六）：業師晤談（線上執行）。
第三階段：決賽資料繳交（2025 年 5 月 19 日）
A. 2025 年 5 月 19 日(一) 14:00 前：線上繳交決賽作品說明書、A4 海報電子檔、3-5分鐘以內作品簡介影片（含中英文字幕）、影片縮圖、專案成果報告書（20 頁）、營運模式九宮格（加分選交項目）。
第四階段：成果發表會暨評選會議（2025 年 6 月 14 日）
於中鼎集團第二總部舉行成果發表，各組輪流上台展示競賽成果實作作品，依據名次並頒予獎學金。

三、 參賽辦法
（一） 報名與交件方式
1.採線上報名，請自行組隊，再以隊伍為單位，填寫線上報名表單（報名網址：https://forms.office.com/r/m17mGpZ1Dn）
2.完成線上報名表單後，請於報名截止前繳交簡章相關附件(附件 1-6，含專案構想 書 ) ， 以 電 子 掃 描 方 式 將 檔 案 合 併 及 壓 縮 ， 上 傳 至 繳 交 區（https://reurl.cc/NlEVkQ）才視為完整報名。

四、 專案內容規範
1.本競賽由參賽隊伍自行選定主題進行專案發想及實作，所規劃的題目必須適當對應聯合國永續發展目標，並說明之。
2.所提出的專案作品必須是可以實際使用、操作或實施的具體成果，請勿以碩博士論文或學術性研究計畫內容參加本競賽。
3.專案作品形式不拘，例如：實際作品（如產品、模型等）、服務模式設計（如：網站、APP）、種類(如：淨零碳排、減塑、循環經濟、綠色金融與綠色工程類別等)及方案規劃（如：社會企業、行動方案、社區規劃或教案）等。
4.所提出的專案作品需扣合在特定場域或範疇，必須具體說明應用的場域、環境或對象，Living Lab 的四種型態:(1)市場到校園 ；(2)校園到校園；(3)市場推向市場；(4)校園到市場。並考量其未來商業市場與用途。
5.參賽或入圍專案如侵犯他人之著作權、專利權等，由參賽隊伍自負全部法律責任及賠償責任，經法院判決敗訴確定者，主辦單位有權追回得獎資格與所有獎勵內容。
6.繳交之資料和上台報告內容請勿揭露所讀學校、指導教授姓名、隊員名字或其他可供辨識校名、系所與校徽等內容(除必要者外) ，未遵守者將酌情給予扣分。

五、評分項目與權重
評選分為「初審」、「決審」二階段審查，評審方式由評審團決議之。

六、獎勵方式（總獎金高達 102 萬）
 本活動係屬推廣永續發展教育，完全免費；且為鼓勵同學積極參與活動，特地頒發中鼎永續生活實驗獎學金
（一） 預計選出 20 隊優勝隊伍入圍初賽。

主辦單位將於增能工作坊頒發每隊入圍獎學金新臺幣 1 萬 4 仟元整，俾補助參賽之相關費用(如：交通、住宿及參賽作品製作和保險等各項支出）。
（二） 決賽經評審會議評選，排名統計後即獲得以下獎勵：
第一名：1名，獎金新台幣12萬元整
第二名：2名，獎金新台幣8萬元整
第三名：3名，獎金新台幣4萬元整
佳作獎：14名，獎金新台幣2萬元整
永續淨零獎：1名，獎金新台幣3萬元整
循環經濟獎：1名，獎金新台幣3萬元整

入圍隊伍應全程參與至決賽完畢且完成作品並準時繳交應繳文件，否則將取消獎勵資格。

• 緣起

永續發展目標（SDGs, Sustainable Development Goals）由聯合國所制訂，共 17 項，也是所有國家都需要面對的重要課題。永續發展中心（以下稱本中心）為喚起本校教職員生對環境永續之關注、邀請所有東華人觀察各項SDGs的實踐，營造校園永續氛圍，特舉辦本系列活動。

• 內容
  • 參賽資格：本校教職員生、校友、 眷屬、及關心東華人士。
  • 徵件主題：依據聯合國 17 項永續發展目標（SDGs），參考「東華生態地圖」，選擇一地點，撰寫與一或多項 SDGs 呼應之500（含）字內短文及20（含）字內短語，並拍攝照片。 
  • 徵件格式：短文短語，以WORD、標楷體（中文），Times New Roman（英數）12號字繳交（格式如附件1）。
  • 投件方式：於主旨註明【在東華看見永續-1 短文短語】，寄至 sd@gms.ndhu.edu.tw。
  • 每人不限投稿篇數，惟應本諸誠正信實；給獎以每人一獎項為原則。
  • 如資料不全者或格式不符規定，則視同未完成，不受理補件
• 評分標準：評分總分為 100 分，評核項目及配分如下：
  • SDGs呼應性：50%
  • 架構完整性：25%
  • 內容創意性：25%

• 獎勵

• 徵件時間：即日起至 2024 年 11 月 22 日 23:59 前，逾期不受理。
• 徵件結果：得獎名單將公布於本中心網頁，同時以得獎人報名時提供之聯絡方式通知得獎相關事宜。若得獎人因留存資料不完整或錯誤致無法通知得獎、資格不符或未於接獲得獎通知後一個月內完成資格確認並領取，視同放棄得獎資格，其獎項不予頒發。
• 著作權說明
  • 參賽者於競賽過程中產出作品之一切智慧財產權，包括（但不限於）著作權等皆歸屬於創作人所有，各創作人間之權利分配皆依照中華民國法律處理；惟本活動之主辦、主辦單位對於參賽作品具有為推廣活動及公益目的之公開展示與宣傳權利。
  • 參賽作品需符合著作權法，如有侵權或違法，相關責任概由作者自行負責。獲獎者事後若經人檢舉並查證屬實有違反評審作業程序的規定或有抄襲、仿冒事實者，主辦單位除取消其資格外，並追回已頒發的獎項。
  • 參賽獲獎作品，另需簽署「著作財產權讓與同意書」，以利系列活動後續。

1. Background

The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) (Sustainable Development Goals) (SDGs) are set by the United Nations and have a total of 17 issues, which are important issues that all countries need to face. In order to arouse the attention of our staff and students to environmental sustainability, the Center for Sustainable Development (hereinafter referred to as the Center) invites all to observe the practice of various SDGs , create a sustainable atmosphere on campus.

2. Eligibility: Faculty, students, alumni, family members, and people who care about NDHU.
3. Theme: According to the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations, refer to the “NDHU Ecological Map“, select a location, take 3 photos and write an essay (within 500 words) and a short phrase (within 20 words), to reflect one or more SDGs (Appendix. 1).
4. Format: Times New Roman, size 12
5. Submission: email to sd@gms.ndhu.edu.tw with ‘SDGs in NDHU’ in the subject line
6. There is no limit to the number of submissions per person, but honesty and credibility should be taken. The award is based on the principle of one award per person.
7. Should the information be incomplete or the format does not conform to the regulations, the submission will be deemed invalid and no replacement documents will be accepted.

10. Structural integrity:         25%.
11. Content creativity:  25%.

• Dedaline: 23:59, November 22, 2024, no overdue submission will be accepted.
• Results: The list of winners will be announced on the website of the Center, and the winners will be notified of the relevant matters through the contact information provided at the time of registration. If the winner is unable to be reached due to incomplete or erroneous information, or to claim the prize within 30 days after receiving the notification of the award, the winner will be deemed as giving up the qualification and the prize will not be awarded.

• Copyright Statement
  • All intellectual property rights, including (but not limited to) copyrights, of the works produced by the participants in the course of the competition shall belong to the creators, and the distribution of rights among the creators shall be handled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China; However, the organizer and organizer of this event have the right to publicly display and publicize the entries for promotional activities and public welfare purposes.
  • Entries must comply with copyright law, and if there is any infringement or violation, the author shall be responsible for the relevant responsibility. 這場活動不僅將帶領大家從高空探索臺灣的壯麗自然景觀，也將探討臺灣面臨的環境挑戰。放映結束後，特別邀請國立東華大學環境暨海洋學院自然資源與環境學系的戴興盛教授進行全英文的映後座談，與大家深入討論臺灣環境問題及未來對策。

The Climate Action Club of National Dong Hwa University (NDHU) and the Center for Sustainable Development, NDHU, cordially invite you to participate in the Campus Screening Project: Beyond Beauty – Taiwan from Above on Thursday, October 24, 2024, from 18:30 to 21:30 at Lecture Hall B119, College of Environmental Studies and Oceanography.

This event will take you on a visual journey exploring Taiwan’s stunning landscapes from the sky while addressing the environmental challenges the island faces. Following the screening, we will host a post-film discussion, conducted entirely in English and led by Professor Hsing-Sheng Tai from the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Studies, where we will delve into Taiwan’s environmental issues and future strategies.
