合規國際法規，接軌世界市場

隨著企業對合規及永續議題的重視度攀升，領導力企管客戶數持續成長，顯見國際永續趨勢已不可逆。領導力企管總經理王聖源表示，展望明年關鍵趨勢，國際除持續關注碳盤查、能源管理及人權盡職調查外，重頭戲將是 ISO 9001 的改版，這將牽動所有以其為基礎的管理系統標準更新。王聖源強調，團隊已著手規劃針對企業端的教育訓練課表，並積極掌握最新標準內容，目標在新標準發布後的一個月內，協助客戶迅速完成升級與認證。

「自然治理框架」由東華大學永續長李俊鴻解析最新的 TNFD（自然相關財務揭露），協助企業從減碳走向生態守護；「環境管理戰略」則邀請亞福儲能分享碳權實務，結合顧問團隊對 SBTi 科學減碳與內部碳定價的整合解析，解決企業的碳焦慮。

緊接著聚焦法規與技術，「永續合規策略」隨著 IFRS S1/S2 上路，由龍華科大許麗萍主任解讀內部控制挑戰，並探討 RBA 供應鏈管理；「國際標準進化」則鎖定車用（IATF 16949）、航太（AS 9100）標準改版，並由神坊資訊分享 MSP 資安韌性服務，強化高門檻產業競爭力。

活動壓軸匯聚於「趨勢綜整」，除發布「台灣企業ISO指數趨勢報導」外，神坊資訊劉容先總監也分享數位人才經營心法，講演企業面臨不同世代的人才如能才能有效的共舟協同，更在活動最後一起參與抽獎，推廣「小樹生活」；小樹點為國泰集團推出的生活服務計劃，可於指定通路合併折抵，靈活運用，以數位化的方式豐富質感生活。

全球市場正在重新定義「合格企業」

面對全球永續轉型與供應鏈治理加速升級，國際間對企業的透明度、風險管理與永續實績要求日益嚴格。以 ISSB、TNFD、ISO 系列標準、以及歐盟 CSRD 等規範為例，皆已成為跨國企業選擇合作夥伴的重要審查基準。業界普遍共識指出，「國際標準的合規不再只是形象，而是踏上國際舞台的入場券」。

領導力企管顧問群表示，企業若仍以過去僅符合法規底線的方式經營，將難以因應全球市場的揭露要求與供應鏈審查。尤其在氣候、自然、生物多樣性議題發展快速的當下，國際規範逐步整合，企業若能及早導入 ISSB、TNFD、ISO 26000、ISO 14064 等標準，不僅能降低營運風險，也能提升與國際客戶接軌的信任度。

台灣企業在科技製造與供應鏈管理具優勢，但在自然風險辨識、調適行動、國際揭露標準對應等面向仍有推進空間。同時，ISO 9001 將於 2026 年發佈改版，面對建議企業及早盤點組織的永續治理程度，導入國際通用架構，以因應未來三到五年，甚至十年的全球市場門檻。

未來，合規將不再是壓力，而是企業建立競爭力的關鍵。掌握國際標準，就掌握市場話語權；具備透明、可信、合規的永續治理能力，才能正式拿到走向國際的門票。

李俊鴻永續長指出，TNFD 的核心精神在於協助組織辨識其營運活動與自然環境間的相互依存關係與潛在衝擊，並評估其對營運與財務的影響，進而將自然風險納入決策思維。相較以氣候為主軸的揭露框架，TNFD 更進一步將生態系服務、生物多樣性及土地、水資源等議題納入系統性評估，對未來組織治理與永續發展具有深遠意義。 未來，國立東華大學將持續以學術專業為基礎，參與國內外永續議題交流，深化與產業及社會各界的互動，透過研究與教育，為臺灣及全球的永續發展貢獻大學的知識與行動力。

With the support of President Hui-Mi Hsu, sustainability has become one of the core institutional priorities of National Dong Hwa University (NDHU). Since 2024, the University has promoted the “Flagship Project II (Sustainability),” encouraging faculty and staff to further advance sustainability-related research and practice. Building on its long-standing commitment to issues such as biodiversity and natural capital, NDHU has in recent years actively engaged in cross-sector dialogues on global sustainable finance and emerging trends in nature-related financial disclosure, reflecting President Hsu’s vision of integrating sustainability into both academic expertise and everyday practice.

Invited by its long-standing partner, Leadership Management Consulting Co., Ltd., NDHU’s Chief Sustainability Officer, Dr. Chun-Hung Lee, participated on December 17, 2025, in the “2025 Second Seminar on ISO Technical Standards and Emerging ESG Trends.” Drawing on institutional experience and perspectives from higher education, Dr. Lee delivered a keynote presentation titled “An Overview of the Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD) Framework and Its Application in Corporate Practice,” exchanging insights with industry representatives on emerging trends in nature governance and sustainable management.

The one-day conference featured four major thematic sessions, exploring how ESG strategies can be integrated with nature-related governance frameworks, biodiversity, and the circular economy, thereby strengthening corporate commitments to the environmental (E) dimension of sustainability. Environmental management discussions also focused on critical issues such as carbon credits, the impacts of carbon pricing and fees, internal carbon pricing mechanisms, and greenhouse gas inventory practices. In addition, the conference provided updates on the latest developments in international standards and highlighted key directions for corporate compliance and response strategies, helping participants stay informed of evolving global regulatory trends. Beyond keynote speeches, the event included interactive “Consultant Dialogue” sessions that facilitated real-time discussion of practical challenges, fostering active engagement among participants.

Dr. Lee emphasized that the core principle of the Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD) lies in supporting organizations to identify the interdependencies and impacts between their operations and the natural environment, assess associated risks and opportunities, and incorporate nature-related considerations into decision-making processes. Compared to climate-focused disclosure frameworks, TNFD adopts a more comprehensive approach by systematically addressing ecosystem services, biodiversity, and land- and water-related issues, carrying profound implications for future organizational governance and sustainable development. Looking ahead, NDHU will continue to contribute its academic expertise to domestic and international sustainability dialogues, deepen collaboration with industry and broader society, and advance sustainable development in Taiwan and globally through research, education, and concrete action.

第一場「永續報告的深度進化」聚焦最新國際揭露標準，涵蓋 GRI 101 生物多樣性、GRI 102 氣候變遷與 GRI 103 能源之更新要求，並檢視本校永續報告需補強的資料面向，包括能源與水資源數據、學生支持成效、校園安全、社區影響與淨零路徑等，以強化未來揭露內容的完整性與可信度。

李俊鴻永續長表示，此系列課程有助校內成員掌握永續發展趨勢。未來將持續推動跨單位協作，研議具體淨零碳排路徑、提升永續治理能力，並適時滾動修正，朝 2030 永續目標與 2050 碳中和願景穩健邁進。

Enhancing Sustainability Governance and Disclosure: NDHU Holds Sustainability Training Sessions

In November 2025, the Center for Sustainable Development organized two sustainability training sessions to strengthen the University’s governance capacity, data preparation, and sustainability reporting quality. Sustainability officers, members of the Sustainability Development Committee and working groups, as well as SDGs liaisons, were invited to participate. Through thematic lectures and group discussions, the trainings aimed to enhance campus-wide capabilities in advancing sustainability goals.

The first session, “Advancing Sustainability Reporting,” focused on the latest international disclosure standards, including updates to GRI 101 (Biodiversity), GRI 102 (Climate Change), and GRI 103 (Energy). The session also reviewed areas in NDHU’s sustainability report that require further enhancement—such as energy and water data, student support outcomes, campus safety, community impact, and net-zero planning—to improve the completeness and credibility of future disclosures.

The second session, “Envisioning a Sustainable Future: Reviewing NDHU’s Vision and Action Strategies,” examined sustainability practices in higher education across the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) dimensions. Topics included carbon reduction, water resource management, biodiversity conservation, social support measures, and governance transparency. The session encouraged participants to reflect on NDHU’s sustainability vision and explore the integration of AI with sustainable development.

Sustainability Officer Chun-Hong Lee noted that this training series helps University members stay aligned with global sustainability trends. Moving forward, NDHU will continue promoting cross-unit collaboration, advancing concrete net-zero planning, strengthening sustainability governance capacity, and making timely adjustments as it progresses toward the 2030 sustainability goals and the 2050 carbon neutrality vision.

想像永續未來：東華願景檢視與行動策略 Envisioning a Sustainable Future: Reviewing NDHU’s Vision and Action Strategies

不只是年度報告：從 GRI 與 SDGs 出發，打造更真實的永續故事 Beyond the Annual Report: Building a More Authentic Sustainability Narrative through GRI and the SDGs

為培養永續智識，並豐富學生在永續報告書方面的實作經驗，國立東華大學永續發展中心與學生自治會學術部永續組經多次討論後，於12月5日晚舉辦「永續報告書入門課程」，共計57位職員與學生參與。此次課程特邀領導力企業管理顧問有限公司（領導力企管）鄭瑜皓經理主講。

課程由永續發展中心治理策略組組長陳筱華開場致詞，並表示，感謝前校長趙涵捷及現任徐輝明校長的鼓勵與支持，經由全校行政與學術系統的共同努力，至今已發布五本永續報告書，其中四本經第三方查證通過。陳組長強調，學本校將持續定期發布經外部查證的永續報告書，並期許所有參與者能關注並積極實踐永續發展。

領導力企管鄭經理以聯合國永續發展目標（SDGs）為切入點，介紹永續發展的基礎知識，並分享如何從零開始增進永續知識。他進一步探討業界實務，如何應對永續需求，並深入分析永續報告書如何融入氣候變遷議題。課程最後，參與者進行分組實作演練，實地操作編製永續報告書，藉由簡單易懂的方式，幫助大家克服閱讀和理解永續報告書的障礙。

永續發展需要大家合作分工，協力攜手向前。學生是本校重要的利害關係人之一，期望透過產學合作培養學生，讓參與者有機會深入瞭解當前全球最關注的永續議題，共同邁向永續未來。

To cultivate sustainability knowledge and enrich students’ practical experience in sustainability report, the Center for Sustainable Development, National Dong Hwa University in collaboration with the Student Association’s Academic Department Sustainability Team, organized the “Introduction to Sustainability Report Course” on the evening of December 5. A total of 57 staff members and students participated in the event. The course was led by Manager Yu-Hao Cheng from Leadership Management Consulting Co., Ltd. (Leadership Management).

The course began with opening remarks by Sheau-Hwa Chen, the Head of the Governance and Strategy Division at the Center for Sustainable Development. She expressed gratitude for the encouragement and support from former President Han-Chieh Chao and current President Hui-Mi Hsu. Thanks to the collective efforts of the university’s administrative and academic systems, five sustainability reports have been published to date, four of which have been verified by third parties. Chen emphasized that the university will continue to regularly release sustainability reports verified by external parties, and hopes that all participants will pay attention to and actively practice sustainability.

Manager Cheng from Leadership Management began by introducing the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as a starting point. He covered the basics of sustainability and shared how to build sustainability knowledge from the ground up. He further explored industry practices, how to respond to sustainability demands, and the integration of climate change issues into sustainability reports. At the end of the course, participants engaged in group exercises, where they applied practical skills in preparing sustainability reports. The simple and accessible approach helped attendees overcome challenges in reading and understanding sustainability reports.

Sustainability development requires collective collaboration and teamwork. Students are one of the university’s key stakeholders, and through industry-academia collaboration, the university aims to empower students and provide participants with the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the most pressing global sustainability issues. Together, we strive for a sustainable future.
